We kindly request a 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We accept payment through our online booking system with credit card or PayPal. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Pick up and drop off are serviced in the east valley. (Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa & Queen Creek) within a 20 mile radius. We welcome any clients outside this area, but pick up and drop offs would be dependent on location and availability.

Many stains on your items are removable. Although we tackle the toughest of stains with our products, we must advise that some may be permanent and out of our control. We use non-toxic products that are baby safe so you can rest assured we use only the best products for your little ones.

We follow industrial-standard procedures and take every precaution but we cannot assume liability for the following:

- Damage to personal property or surfaces

- Malfunctions of baby gear

- Safety incidents that occur during cleaning

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree that prior removal or protection of fragile or valuable items is your responsibility.
